WinX Photo To TV 4.0 is a software program application that allows users to create photo albums and edit and convert their photographs ready to burn to VCD, SVCD, and DVD, or to share.

WinX Photo To TV 4.0 features a management system that supports most graphic formats such as JPG, GIF, BMP, TIF, PRX etc. Users can create a variety of albums and use them as templates. The application features a fast conversion speed and its pre-loaded engine has transition features to enhance users photos. Photos to NTSC standard and 16.9 standard television mode will encode at a slower rate but will be produced in higher quality. The program’s burn engine provides users with the ability to create DVD video from their completed albums when the finally export. Users are supported with an online user guide. |
